Items are sold As-Is

Cash, Credit Cards, Venmo, Zelle and Paypal Payments Will be Accepted. No Checks.

Items may be held while the customer is still at the sale premises. Items will not be held without a 25% deposit. Any items not collected by the final sale date and time will be considered forfeit.

Please see the cashier for any assistance needed with pricing. Incorrectly priced items, or items that have had stickers swapped or removed will not be sold until the item is correctly repriced.

Meyer Estate Sales is not responsible for the movement or transportation of large items. Please be courteous and bring help to load large items.

Purchased items must be removed from the Estate Sale Event Location by the final day of the sale at 1:00 PM. Any items not removed by that time will be considered forfeit.

Customers are responsible for any damage which may occur to the property during their visit to the Estate Sale Event Location.

Meyer Estate Sales is not responsible for any injuries occuring at the Estate Sale Event Location.
